Overview

  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and ensure effective audience targeting.
  • Manage product catalogs, analytics, and agency/vendor relationships to drive campaign success.
  • Develop and coach direct reports, fostering career growth and technical expertise.
  • Drive personalization and scaling of paid social strategies to support omnichannel growth.
  • Participate in platform beta programs and test new features to stay ahead of trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with state-by-state advertising regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage paid social media strategies to achieve business objectives across multiple platforms.
  • Optimize product catalogs to create dynamic and personalized ad experiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators using analytics tools.
  • Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign impact.
  • Lead the transition of campaign execution from external agencies to in-house teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, A/B testing, and market research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support in-store and e-commerce sales.
  • Develop junior team members and enhance their technical skills and career development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in paid social media marketing, preferably in retail and agency environments.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, product catalog management, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in MMM, brand lift studies, and test/control experiments.
  • Proficiency in MarTech tools for campaign automation and optimization.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and optimizing digital advertising spend.
  • Relevant certifications from platforms like Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads/Analytics are preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
