Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and manage paid social media strategies to achieve business objectives across multiple platforms.
- Optimize product catalogs to create dynamic and personalized ad experiences.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators using analytics tools.
- Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign impact.
- Lead the transition of campaign execution from external agencies to in-house teams.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in paid social media marketing, preferably in retail and agency environments.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, product catalog management, and audience targeting strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in MMM, brand lift studies, and test/control experiments.
- Proficiency in MarTech tools for campaign automation and optimization.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and optimizing digital advertising spend.
- Relevant certifications from platforms like Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads/Analytics are preferred.
