Overview

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fund operations and investor relations strategies.
  • Develop and maintain compelling marketing collateral, including presentations and investor communication materials.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with distribution platforms in the wealth management sector.
  • Ensure seamless execution across legal, compliance, and operational teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Oversee reporting processes for investors and the Board, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Contribute to fund management activities, including liquidity planning and investor communications.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in product marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support fund growth and investor engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless operational execution and strategic alignment.
  • Create impactful marketing materials, including presentations and quarterly investor updates.
  • Manage relationships with distribution platforms to enhance market reach and engagement.
  • Oversee reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with portfolio management teams on fund operations and strategic planning.
  • Drive business growth through innovative marketing and operational strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on investment management.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies within the financial sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and persuasive messaging.
  • Experience with 1940 Act Funds and private markets is advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a professional demeanor and strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
