Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute the Americas development plan for Hedge Fund and Liquid Alternatives services.
- Analyze market, regulatory, and client dynamics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Align regional strategies with global ambitions and local market nuances.
- Contribute to global value proposition definitions and tailor them to regional needs.
- Lead pricing and profitability analysis for new deals and regional P&L management.
- Optimize resource distribution and support sales campaigns targeting alternative investment prospects.
- Deliver thought leadership through industry events, webinars, and publications.
- Strengthen and develop the brand presence in the Americas region.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the US Alternatives space, including Hedge Fund and Liquid Alternatives services.
- Proven expertise in product development, business growth, and client relationship building.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration across multiple locations.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market positioning and identify opportunities and risks.
- Experience managing profitability and pricing strategies aligned with global guidelines.
