Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to enhance skillsets and performance.
  • Develop frontline sales managers to lead effectively and build accountable teams.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align training with commercial strategies.
  • Implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires achieve productivity quickly.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of training initiatives on business outcomes.
  • Facilitate skill bootcamps to address performance gaps and enhance readiness.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership in driving sales excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree required; advanced certifications in adult learning or financial services preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales or sales training within financial services.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales methodologies.
  • Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Experience with eLearning design and digital learning platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Highspot advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment effectively.
