Overview

  • Lead strategic development and execution for Hedge Fund and Liquid Alternatives services in the Americas region.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align regional strategies with global ambitions and market dynamics.
  • Drive innovation in product offerings, operational models, and client experience tailored to alternative investment structures.
  • Manage profitability and pricing strategies while ensuring adherence to risk mitigation principles.
  • Optimize resources and promote brand visibility through thought leadership and industry engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and market influencers.
  • Foster collaboration and trust across teams to achieve unified goals and deliver impactful results.
  • Champion compliance culture and uphold high ethical standards in all operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute the Americas development plan for Hedge Fund and Liquid Alternatives services.
  • Analyze market, regulatory, and client dynamics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Align regional strategies with global ambitions and local market nuances.
  • Contribute to global value proposition definitions and tailor them to regional needs.
  • Lead pricing and profitability analysis for new deals and regional P&L management.
  • Optimize resource distribution and support sales campaigns targeting alternative investment prospects.
  • Deliver thought leadership through industry events, webinars, and publications.
  • Strengthen and develop the brand presence in the Americas region.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the US Alternatives space, including Hedge Fund and Liquid Alternatives services.
  • Proven expertise in product development, business growth, and client relationship building.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration across multiple locations.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market positioning and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Experience managing profitability and pricing strategies aligned with global guidelines.
  • Ability to deliver thought leadership and insights to clients and industry stakeholders.
