Job Description

Overview

  • Assist in managing interior construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams to coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables.
  • Provide support in handling RFIs and submittals for project documentation.
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance with construction standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to address project needs and expectations.
  • Support the project manager in tracking budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Participate in meetings to provide updates and insights on project progress.
  • Assist in resolving project-related challenges and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, including RFIs and submittals.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders for seamless collaboration.
  • Support procurement processes and manage material deliveries.
  • Ensure adherence to construction standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in resolving project issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction project management; 3 years preferred.
  • Experience with RFIs and submittals is essential.
  • Knowledge of interior construction processes is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.
