Overview
- Assist in managing interior construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Provide support in handling RFIs and submittals for project documentation.
- Contribute to maintaining compliance with construction standards and regulations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to address project needs and expectations.
- Support the project manager in tracking budgets and schedules effectively.
- Participate in meetings to provide updates and insights on project progress.
- Assist in resolving project-related challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, including RFIs and submittals.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders for seamless collaboration.
- Support procurement processes and manage material deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to construction standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in resolving project issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction project management; 3 years preferred.
- Experience with RFIs and submittals is essential.
- Knowledge of interior construction processes is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
