• Work on-site to oversee construction activities and ensure alignment with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise construction teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to address changes and updates in project plans.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and prevent violations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
• Ensure all action items are addressed professionally and promptly.
• Participate in project planning and bidding processes to secure contracts.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management, with 10 years preferred.
• Proven ability to manage on-site construction activities and teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Experience in competitive bidding processes for construction projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address changes in project plans.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
