Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage platform operations across the investment lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client experiences.
  • Lead and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and a results-driven environment.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex operational challenges.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis tools to support decision-making and operational improvements.

  • Ensure accurate reconciliation processes with custodians and fund administrators, maintaining operational integrity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in investment operations, with 15 years preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing operational teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Experience with automation and emerging technologies, including GenAI, to optimize operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex operations and priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving challenges.
  • Familiarity with fund administrators, custodians, and reporting providers preferred.
