Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in investment operations, with 15 years preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing operational teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Experience with automation and emerging technologies, including GenAI, to optimize operations.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex operations and priorities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving challenges.
- Familiarity with fund administrators, custodians, and reporting providers preferred.
