Job Description

Overview

  • Support senior Sales/Revenue leaders in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.
  • Manage complex schedules and appointments using G-suite tools efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and handle external communications professionally.
  • Execute detailed administrative tasks with precision and timeliness.
  • Contribute to the seamless operation of executive-level activities.
  • Work in a hybrid setting, balancing onsite and remote responsibilities.
  • Engage in a temporary role with a 6-month duration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and optimize executive calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
  • Handle external email communications with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Support daily operations and administrative tasks for senior leaders.

Job Requirements
