Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise daily activities of the operating room team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coordinate resource allocation and staff assignments to optimize patient care delivery.

- Foster collaboration among healthcare providers to ensure seamless care across the continuum.
- Support emergency preparedness initiatives and train staff on response protocols.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including the Nursing Practice Act and The Joint Commission.
- Provide clinical supervision and maintain competency to direct care provision within the unit.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in clinical healthcare; five years preferred.
- Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare settings, preferably in operating room supervision.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate resources.
