Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support to two or three principals in a professional services firm.
  • Perform duties in a senior administrative assistant capacity, ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicate tactfully and professionally in high-demand situations, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for document preparation and management.
  • Support local assurance email inbox management and national team administrative tasks.
  • Prepare print and bind requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the administrative function.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and monitor the local assurance email inbox, ensuring timely responses and organization.
  • Provide administrative support to assigned principals and national teams as required.
  • Coordinate general office administrative tasks, maintaining efficient workflow.
  • Prepare and manage print and bind requests for various projects and presentations.
  • Maintain and update office documents using advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and schedules for principals and teams.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years administrative experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with superior grammar and punctuation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple tasks.
