Overview
- Provide comprehensive medical care through in-home and virtual visits, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to create individualized treatment plans and promote patient-centric care.
- Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the scope of practice, consulting supervising physicians as needed.
- Utilize telemedicine technology to perform virtual assessments and provide remote care.
- Support value-based care initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and reduce healthcare costs.
- Participate in training programs, including virtual and shadowing opportunities, to enhance clinical skills.
- Maintain licensure in multiple states to provide backup coverage for clinical escalations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Active unrestricted medical license in the State of New York.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience, preferably in home care or hospital settings.
- DEA certification or eligibility to obtain certification upon offer.
- Proficiency in telemedicine and electronic medical record systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly.
- Ability to travel up to an hour for patient visits, preferably with access to a car.
