Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects with budgets exceeding $100M, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Oversee project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and client requirements throughout project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones and challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Prepare and present project documentation, including progress reports and financial summaries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a preference for 12 years.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects exceeding $100M.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills to oversee diverse project teams.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for tracking progress and budgets.
