Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex projects.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively in dynamic environments.
