Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement pharmacy benefits for clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and client satisfaction.
  • Provide support for escalated and complex issues, offering solutions and maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Lead pharmacy operational tasks, including web updates and benefit audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain project plans and provide regular updates to management, meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Engage in activities focused on client retention, new sales, and resolution of benefit issues.
  • Analyze and resolve compliance issues, providing timely updates for dissemination.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and implement pharmacy benefits, collaborating with team members for optimal solutions.
  • Support escalated issues, ensuring resolution and operational efficiency.
  • Lead annual corporate projects to refresh pharmacy benefit offerings.
  • Audit prescription drug benefit plans, ensuring accurate setup and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field; 7 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefits and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management and maintaining detailed project plans.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to audit and ensure accuracy in benefit setups.
  • Experience in client retention and sales support activities.
