Job Description

Overview

  • Provide technical support for SAP systems, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, upgrade systems, and assist end-users for efficient system operations.
  • Maintain system performance and enhance user experience within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with teams to address system-related issues and ensure operational continuity.
  • Develop SAP reports and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide training to end-users and create user manuals and documentation.
  • Support logistics and finance departments with SAP sales operations.
  • Monitor system performance and carry out regular maintenance for optimal operation.
  • Ensure the integrity of SAP master data and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP system-related issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain SAP reports and operational SOPs.
  • Collaborate with the global SAP team to address system-related challenges.
  • Provide training and documentation to enhance user proficiency.
  • Support logistics and finance departments in daily SAP operations.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance within SAP systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and adherence to regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of SAP system experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Knowledge of Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) regulations.
  • Experience in highly regulated environments and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in SAP system administration and user support.
  • Capability to work on-site and maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to structured processes.
