Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably at the director level.
- Proven expertise in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
