Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
  • Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols to protect workers and assets.
  • Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of critical milestones.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience managing multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning and execution.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to handle budgets and schedules with precision and foresight.
