Job Description

Overview

  • Act as the primary customer contact for assigned territories and customers, fostering relationships and driving business growth.
  • Promote and sell medical supplies, focusing on enteral nutrition, incontinence, and wound care products.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve profitable account growth and long-term retention.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring alignment with business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Analyze data to identify revenue generation opportunities and profit improvements.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events to support business expansion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Promote and sell medical supplies, emphasizing enteral nutrition, incontinence, and wound care products.
  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships to drive account growth and retention.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts, ensuring alignment with business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for revenue generation and profit improvement.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events to support business expansion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Develop new business opportunities through consultative selling and strategic prospecting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical supplies market.
  • Existing relationships with healthcare professionals, SNFs, ICF/DDNs, Assisted Living, and Hospices preferred.
  • Proven strategic account management and business development competencies.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities for revenue generation and profit improvement.
  • Strong negotiation skills for managing contracts and agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while achieving business objectives.
