Overview

  • Drive impactful recruitment initiatives to attract top talent and support organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored strategies for diverse roles.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout recruitment processes.
  • Leverage advanced Applicant Tracking Systems to optimize recruitment workflows.
  • Contribute to workforce planning by analyzing talent needs and forecasting demands.
  • Support the creation of interview guides and competency frameworks for hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and implement efficient recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals to ensure a diverse pool.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for role alignment.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  • Prepare offer letters, manage background checks, and ensure hiring compliance.
  • Collaborate with managers to define job competencies and performance criteria.
  • Analyze recruitment data to establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage in college recruiting events and maintain relationships with institutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Paylocity ATS and Balanced Comp systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are advantageous.
