Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Organize and maintain electronic files and databases, ensuring comprehensive documentation of trademark matters.
- Monitor and report maintenance deadlines, filing details, and updates to clients promptly.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a focus on legal or related studies preferred.
- Paralegal certification preferred; minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal database management essential.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
