Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management; 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Experience in managing financial audits and tax filings.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
