Overview

  • Lead financial operations and strategy for a growing organization, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all financial matters.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize organizational performance and support strategic goals.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to maintain fiscal health and transparency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
  • Experience in managing financial audits and tax filings.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
