Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and present interior design concepts to clients and project teams.
  • Create detailed interior construction documents, including plans, elevations, and schedules.
  • Select and specify finishes, furniture, and materials for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA regulations in designs.
  • Lead and collaborate with design teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
  • Utilize software tools such as Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite for design tasks.
  • Coordinate with architectural teams to integrate interior designs seamlessly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in interior design projects.
  • NCIDQ certification or active pursuit of certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite; AutoCAD experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and graphic presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes, ADA regulations, and interior construction documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with teams.
