Overview

- Oversee office assistant and manage administrative tasks with professionalism.
- Maintain records and information in compliance with confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, materials, and follow-ups for executive and board meetings.
- Order office supplies and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
- Oversee administrative staff, providing guidance and ensuring task completion.
- Maintain records and documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
- Support CEO’s correspondence, presentations, and communication needs.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively, presenting viable solutions.
- Assist in implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Preferred 8 years of experience in administrative support for senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking software.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience overseeing direct reports is advantageous.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
