Job Description

Overview

  • The Sorting Coordinator will perform visual inspections to ensure product compliance with sorting requirements.
  • This role involves working on the second shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM.
  • Located at the Distribution Center, this position requires on-site presence.
  • Ideal for candidates with manufacturing or distribution experience, particularly in the medical device sector.
  • Requires proficiency in English for documentation, communication, and instruction comprehension.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct visual inspections of products to confirm adherence to sorting requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with the sort leader regarding inspection findings.
  • Follow standard operational procedures and written/oral instructions accurately.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor or team leader.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and critical thinking during inspection processes.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve operational goals.
  • Utilize basic math and arithmetic skills for sorting and inspection tasks.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing, distribution, or receiving environments.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
  • Ability to follow operational procedures and instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail are essential.
