Overview
- Contribute to investment accounting processes for a global portfolio valued at $65 billion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Develop expertise in accounting for various asset classes, including fixed income and derivatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform daily and monthly accounting tasks, including cash balance reconciliation and trade reviews.
- Ensure accuracy of security master data and manage investment-related receivables and payables.
- Develop and apply control frameworks to assigned accounting processes.
- Collaborate with technology teams to automate account reconciliation processes.
- Resolve issues and exceptions in partnership with Stamford office teams.
- Take ownership of outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in GAAP/Statutory accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate conflicts effectively.
- Experience with account reconciliations and exception management preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle General Ledger, TM1, PAM, and Aladdin is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical business timelines.
