Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of properties and portfolios, including bridge loans and CMBS loans.
- Review property budgets, business plans, and quarterly forecasts to ensure alignment with investment goals.
- Develop and maintain financial models, including discounted cash flow and IRR calculations.
- Prepare investor reporting materials and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Administer loan proceeds, including construction draws, leasing costs, and reserve releases.
- Aggregate and validate portfolio data for internal reporting and credit committee decision-making.
- Coordinate with loan servicers and borrowers to support portfolio oversight and operational execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including origination, legal, finance, securitization, and underwriting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate asset management or related areas.
- Understanding of real estate fundamentals, financing principles, and debt capital structures.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, including discounted cash flow and IRR analysis.
- Experience with loan servicing or construction loan administration is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Argus software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
