Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance of properties and portfolios, including bridge loans and CMBS loans.
  • Review property budgets, business plans, and quarterly forecasts to ensure alignment with investment goals.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, including discounted cash flow and IRR calculations.
  • Prepare investor reporting materials and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Administer loan proceeds, including construction draws, leasing costs, and reserve releases.
  • Aggregate and validate portfolio data for internal reporting and credit committee decision-making.
  • Coordinate with loan servicers and borrowers to support portfolio oversight and operational execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including origination, legal, finance, securitization, and underwriting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate asset management or related areas.
  • Understanding of real estate fundamentals, financing principles, and debt capital structures.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, including discounted cash flow and IRR analysis.
  • Experience with loan servicing or construction loan administration is advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Argus software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
