Overview
- Lead payroll and equity compensation integration for a dynamic organization, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across U.S. and global jurisdictions.
- Utilize advanced systems like Oracle Fusion and Shareworks to streamline payroll processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payroll escalations and drive process improvements.
- Analyze complex pay transactions to identify discrepancies and implement effective solutions.
- Support year-end payroll activities, including reconciliations and compliance reporting.
- Contribute to special projects such as system enhancements and global payroll transitions.
- Ensure accurate taxation and reporting of equity compensation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop strong internal customer relationships by addressing payroll inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process and review complex U.S. payroll transactions with global considerations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Administer payroll for expatriates, tax equalization, shadow payrolls, and multi-country reporting.
- Manage payroll inputs for equity events, including RSU vesting and stock option exercises.
- Collaborate with Equity and Treasury teams to reconcile share settlements and funding.
- Utilize Oracle Fusion for payroll processing, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Support internal and external audit requests and ensure accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
- Perform analysis of pay transactions to identify discrepancies and systemic issues.
- Enhance payroll processes to drive efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive payroll experience, including U.S. and global payroll operations.
- Advanced expertise in Oracle Fusion payroll module and Shareworks system.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex pay data and financial impacts.
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation preferred.
- Experience with payroll tax compliance in multiple jurisdictions and global mobility programs.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
