Job Description

Overview

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative investment due diligence for high-net-worth client portfolios.
  • Collaborate within the Investment Research team to source and implement investment strategies.
  • Act as the primary contact for specific investment strategies, ensuring efficient communication.
  • Participate in internal and external discussions about investment approaches and strategies.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis and market insights to clients and prospective clients.
  • Engage in business development activities, representing the client professionally.
  • Collaborate with advisory teams to tailor investment recommendations to client circumstances.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Source, evaluate, and implement diverse investment strategies for client portfolios.
  • Perform initial and ongoing due diligence on investment managers and their operations.
  • Collaborate with advisory teams to align investment strategies with client needs.
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings, explaining investment approaches effectively.
  • Conduct ad-hoc research projects to address specific investment queries.
  • Assist in business development by attending networking events and client meetings.
  • Educate clients on complex investment strategies and market environments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, preferably in finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in investment or asset management.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical reasoning skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and other investment-related tools.
  • Knowledge of asset allocation, portfolio construction, and strategy selection.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
