Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support for program operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Assist in payroll services, including data entry, timesheet processing, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for program activities and financial transactions.
  • Support communication efforts between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in program execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process payroll data accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely submission and approval.
  • Coordinate with approvers to verify timesheet accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of payroll transactions and related documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries for program analysis and review.
  • Provide administrative support for program meetings, including scheduling and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or program support roles.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in payroll or program administration.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and record-keeping systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
