Overview
- Serve as the operational backbone for investor relations and business development during a transitional period.
- Manage inbound investor requests, communications, and CRM data accuracy for seamless operations.
- Prepare detailed pre-meeting briefs and ensure follow-through post-interactions.
- Coordinate investor meeting logistics, materials, and scheduling for optimal efficiency.
- Maintain investor data room organization and monitor engagement analytics.
- Support diligence responses and onboarding workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain pipeline hygiene and reporting.
- Contribute to the development and distribution of investor materials and communications.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor and manage the centralized IR mailbox, ensuring timely responses and accurate tracking.
- Maintain CRM data quality, logging touchpoints, updating contacts, and producing pipeline snapshots.
- Prepare investor meeting briefs, coordinate materials, and provide updates to leadership.
- Attend investor meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute recaps to stakeholders.
- Ensure IR/marketing collateral is current and manage targeted distributions.
- Organize and maintain the investor data room, monitoring access and engagement analytics.
- Coordinate diligence responses and support onboarding workflows to meet deadlines.
- Assist in tracking prospect communications and maintaining website backend operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with 2–6+ years of relevant experience in investor relations or similar roles.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Dynamo, or HubSpot, and pipeline reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong writing and communication skills, polished and concise for investor-ready materials.
- Comfortable with investor materials, workflows, and maintaining discretion with confidential information.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven with the ability to manage parallel workstreams.
- Experience in long-short equity or similar asset management environments preferred.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
