Overview

  • Lead AI change management initiatives to enhance technology adoption and integration within a professional services environment.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for AI-enabled productivity tools tailored to diverse user needs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and facilitate engaging learning experiences for users of AI-driven tools and technologies.
  • Create instructional resources, including user guides, training videos, and interactive e-learning modules.
  • Lead workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions to support diverse proficiency levels.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new AI solutions and provide ongoing user support.
  • Collect feedback and analyze data to continuously improve training and enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design AI-powered workflows tailored to specific use cases.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and identify areas for additional training or support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, communications, technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technology training and change management roles.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as MS Copilot and iManage in professional environments.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering impactful technology training programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences and foster collaboration.
  • Advanced certifications in AI, change management, or technology training are preferred.
