Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SaaS applications supporting matter lifecycle operations, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement new features to improve application performance and user experience, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Manage application deployments, upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations and minimal disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and technical requirements, safeguarding data integrity and system reliability.
  • Document application support processes and maintain accurate records within IT change management platforms.
  • Provide training and communicate updates to relevant teams, fostering knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver tier 2 support for SaaS applications used in matter lifecycle operations, resolving complex issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance matter operations lifecycle through innovative technologies tailored to business needs.
  • Maintain deep expertise in product features, workflows, architecture, and security models to provide comprehensive application support.
  • Research product releases and roadmaps, recommending improvements and aligning solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal application performance and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with vendors and professional services providers for application support and enhancements.
  • Provide backup support for secondary applications, ensuring continuity and reliability of operations.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of application support processes and changes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required, demonstrating foundational knowledge and expertise.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting matter operations applications in a professional services environment.
  • Experience with matter operations applications in non-U.S. geographies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SaaS application support, including platforms like Intapp Conflicts, Intapp Open, and Intapp Walls.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and communication.
  • Ability to manage deployments, upgrades, and configurations for supported applications with precision.
  • Availability for on-call and after-hours support as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
