Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in benefits administration, with 15 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in vendor negotiations, 401(k) administration, and health and welfare plan management.
- Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow systems for efficient benefits management.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and adapt to organizational changes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage benefits renewals and ensure compliance with legal standards.
