Overview

  • Lead strategic HR initiatives focusing on performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement in a hybrid work environment.

  • Partner with leaders to assess capability gaps and customize learning solutions to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and reviews to drive organizational success.
  • Lead the design and execution of learning and development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with employee needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on HR metrics and workforce trends for strategic insights.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, collaborating with legal and finance teams.
  • Monitor changes in employment law and recommend updates to policies and practices.
  • Lead HR projects independently, managing timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes effectively.
  • Continuously evaluate HR programs and operations, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including performance management, L&D, benefits, and compliance.
  • Proven experience leading complex HR programs with autonomy and judgment.
  • Strong background in people analytics, data interpretation, and reporting for strategic decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of employment compliance and HR best practices in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills to manage diverse HR initiatives.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a hybrid work environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytically strong, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Preferred certifications in HR or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
