Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on HR metrics and workforce trends for strategic insights.

Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including performance management, L&D, benefits, and compliance.
- Proven experience leading complex HR programs with autonomy and judgment.
- Strong background in people analytics, data interpretation, and reporting for strategic decision-making.
- Deep understanding of employment compliance and HR best practices in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills to manage diverse HR initiatives.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a hybrid work environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytically strong, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Preferred certifications in HR or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
