Overview

  • Contribute to strategic financial planning and analysis in a hybrid work environment.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify trends to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Engage with business unit and corporate executive management to drive financial success.
  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Contribute to the improvement of financial systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and enhance financial models for forecasting expenses and cash flow.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
  • Perform variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop forecasts achieving business targets.
  • Lead preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for business units.
  • Evaluate and improve existing financial systems and workflows.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business operations as required.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on financial insights.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar financial analysis role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for advanced modeling.
  • Experience with accounting systems such as Oracle, Planful, or Acumatica is preferred.
  • Ability to write SQL queries is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality and integrity.
  • Effective team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
