Job Description

Overview

  • Support operational and financial functions for a private family office in a temporary capacity.
  • Collaborate with Household and Treasury teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Contribute to special projects and vendor coordination tasks.
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism while handling confidential information.
  • Assist with procurement activities and digital file management.
  • Ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage operational and administrative initiatives within the family office.
  • Assist with treasury operations, including tracking wires and supporting workflows.
  • Coordinate vendor contracts and maintain accurate records.
  • Support vendor communications and relationship management.
  • Ensure digital files and records are organized and up-to-date.
  • Provide project management for operational and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • 5–10 years of experience in operations, administration, or similar roles.
