Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as finance, business, or technology.
• Minimum of 4 years in product management roles within fintech or financial services.
• Experience with B2B payments, transaction banking, and compliance workflows.
• Proficiency in collaborating with engineering teams on data-intensive SaaS products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as AML, KYC, and NACHA.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and integration processes.
