Overview

  • Lead product management initiatives for enterprise-scale capabilities, focusing on user experience and technical feasibility.
  • Translate business needs into actionable product definitions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive discovery, research, and solution strategies for complex, mission-driven problem spaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions from concept to adoption.
  • Develop expertise in assigned domains, identifying inefficiencies and defining metrics for success.
  • Contribute to improvements in workflows, tools, and communication practices within the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your domain, ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop deep expertise in assigned domains, understanding systems, users, and processes.
  • Define end-to-end capability behaviors and evaluate existing patterns for effectiveness.
  • Conduct discovery and research to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Generate and evaluate solution strategies, assessing feasibility and impact.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through development and implementation phases.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and timeline pressures to ensure successful delivery.
  • Produce artifacts including briefs, roadmaps, and release communications.
  • Contribute to organizational improvements in workflows and communication practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
  • Proven ability to define product capabilities and actionable requirements.
  • Strong technical literacy and experience collaborating with Engineering and QA.
  • Experience with enterprise, platform, or integration-heavy systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data models, and operational workflows.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments with minimal direction.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
