Job Description

Overview

  • Lead shareholder services for alternative investment products, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with industry standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison for resolving service inquiries and technical issues efficiently.
  • Oversee pre-trade, trade, and post-trade processes, including repurchase activities and regulatory mailings.
  • Maintain and update investor materials, forms, and website content with accurate fund information.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting and documentation support for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to implement operational changes and manage corporate actions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to ensure adherence to compliance standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate shareholder regulatory prospectus and annual report mailings with precision and timeliness.
  • Manage updates to fund prospectus, annual reports, and regulatory filings to ensure compliance.
  • Supervise Transfer Agent policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and review board reporting materials and required documentation for audits and reviews.
  • Support operational changes, corporate actions, and notifications to stakeholders effectively.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of projects and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Provide support for audit requests, billing, tax reporting, and agreement onboarding processes.
  • Monitor market changes and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or financial services; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Transfer Agency applications and SS&C systems is advantageous.
  • Experience with wirehouses, IBDs, RIAs, and platforms like iCapital is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills for effective data collection and organization.
  • Excellent presentation, writing, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage diverse priorities and meet multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to operational risk mitigation.
