Overview
- Lead shareholder services for alternative investment products, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with industry standards.
- Act as the primary liaison for resolving service inquiries and technical issues efficiently.
- Oversee pre-trade, trade, and post-trade processes, including repurchase activities and regulatory mailings.
- Maintain and update investor materials, forms, and website content with accurate fund information.
- Provide comprehensive reporting and documentation support for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with distribution partners to implement operational changes and manage corporate actions.
- Stay informed on industry trends to ensure adherence to compliance standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate shareholder regulatory prospectus and annual report mailings with precision and timeliness.
- Manage updates to fund prospectus, annual reports, and regulatory filings to ensure compliance.
- Supervise Transfer Agent policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Prepare and review board reporting materials and required documentation for audits and reviews.
- Support operational changes, corporate actions, and notifications to stakeholders effectively.
- Maintain accurate tracking of projects and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Provide support for audit requests, billing, tax reporting, and agreement onboarding processes.
- Monitor market changes and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or financial services; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Transfer Agency applications and SS&C systems is advantageous.
- Experience with wirehouses, IBDs, RIAs, and platforms like iCapital is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for effective data collection and organization.
- Excellent presentation, writing, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capability to manage diverse priorities and meet multiple deadlines efficiently.
