Job Description

Overview

  • Support a dynamic communications team by executing digital marketing strategies and administrative tasks in a collaborative hybrid work environment.
  • Assist with social media management, email campaigns, and digital asset organization to enhance engagement and brand presence.
  • Contribute to event promotion and coordination, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative communication strategies.
  • Maintain and optimize digital asset management systems for efficient content utilization.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.
  • Engage in performance tracking and reporting for marketing campaigns to measure success.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Organize and tag digital assets in MediaValet, ensuring metadata accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in creating, testing, and deploying email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Manage social media platforms, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and compiling analytics reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for promotional materials, including inventory management and shipping.
  • Support event-related marketing activities, ensuring timely production of printed materials.
  • Process invoices and maintain administrative records using Concur for efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and campaign outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or communications.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and familiarity with digital asset management systems.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Hybrid work arrangement: In-office Tuesday–Thursday; telework Monday and Friday.
