Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create, format, and edit documents including reports, memos, and presentations using word processing software.
  • Transcribe and revise handwritten materials and tapes to produce accurate legal documents.
  • Ensure adherence to company guidelines and templates in document formatting.
  • Proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling accuracy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to gather necessary information for document creation.
  • Manage document versions, revisions, and comparisons (redlines).
  • Convert documents between formats and troubleshoot formatting issues.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of finalized documents.

Job Requirements
