Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and upselling relevant products or services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns enhancing brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Achieve sales targets by signing full-service leasing contracts and acquiring new lease accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with 2 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for customer documentation and account management.
  • Strong skills in contract negotiations, client presentations, and closing sales.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and excellent time management abilities.
  • Professional and outgoing personality, confident in face-to-face and telephone interactions.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions based on industry knowledge.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel within the assigned territory.
