Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
• Minimum five years of experience in patient care delivery.
• At least four years of leadership experience in healthcare settings.
• Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations and healthcare regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
