Overview

  • Seeking a Contract IT Recruiter to support hiring needs for IT roles.
  • Part-time position requiring flexibility and availability for 2 days a week.
  • Engage in resume screening and pre-screening interviews for IT positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to share qualified candidates.
  • Opportunity to work with ADP systems; training provided.
  • Focus on reviewing incoming resumes for technology and data engineering roles.
  • Support recruitment for approximately 10 open IT-related positions.
  • Contribute to the success of recruitment efforts for a potential new contract.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Screen incoming resumes for IT and data engineering positions.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews via Teams and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Share qualified resumes with hiring managers for further review.
  • Utilize ADP systems for recruitment processes; training provided.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts for approximately 10 IT-related requisitions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
  • Provide insights and feedback on recruitment processes and outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruiting; 2 years preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT terminology and recruitment practices.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment systems like ADP; training available.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective pre-screening interviews and assess candidates.
  • Flexibility to work on-site for 2 days a week.
