Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and tax functions.
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial strategies to the board and executive team.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans to support organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably at the director level.
  • Proven expertise in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide teams effectively.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders clearly.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems to streamline operations.
  • Preferred 20 years of experience in progressively responsible financial roles for added expertise.
