Overview

  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to design tailored solutions that address client needs and drive revenue.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends to enhance competitive positioning and client acquisition.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals and market demands.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers, clients, and industry partners to foster collaboration.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the insurance sector; 5 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and market dynamics.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
  • Established network within the insurance industry is highly advantageous.
