Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree is required.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics is mandatory.
  • Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one within the hiring timeframe.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems for efficient patient care management.
  • Experience with value-based care models and accountability for patient outcomes is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide care teams and foster collaboration.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
