Job Description

Overview

  • Manage complex projects in a hybrid work environment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Coordinate client meetings and events, including travel and logistical arrangements.
  • Ensure effective communication and documentation of project requirements and status updates.
  • Support quality assurance processes to uphold high standards for deliverables and services.
  • Contribute to innovative solutions that address client needs and enhance project outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively within a diverse and inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client requirements.
  • Track dependencies and manage resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Organize and facilitate client meetings and events, ensuring all arrangements are handled efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress using established metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to ensure quality assurance activities are executed effectively.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly status reports to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to maintain transparency and alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project completion or quality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of five years of experience managing complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and software development life cycle processes.
  • Knowledge of government and professional services contracting methods and industry trends.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Experience in military or civilian federal agency project management is advantageous.
