Overview
- Be part of the Global FIX connectivity team, ensuring seamless FIX connectivity for clients, vendors, brokers, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to establish and maintain FIX network relationships and connectivity setups.
- Conduct FIX testing and certifications for clients, vendors, brokers, and trading platforms.
- Provide daily trading operations support for High Touch, Low Touch, SWAP, and F&O desks.
- Work closely with the global FIX team to ensure smooth operations and connectivity.
- Utilize FIX technology expertise to enhance client onboarding and trading desk support.
- Leverage knowledge of Cash Equity business, Algo trading, and DMA/DSA environments.
- Maintain compliance with exchange rules and trade flow systems requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Handle FIX connectivity requests from clients, vendors, brokers, and exchanges effectively.
- Perform FIX testing and certifications for internal and external trading platforms.
- Support trading desks with OMS/EMS systems and FIX client onboarding.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to set up and maintain FIX network relationships.
- Utilize SQL queries and Linux terminal for troubleshooting and operations.
- Ensure compliance with exchange rules and trade flow systems requirements.
- Provide expertise in Cameron FIX or similar FIX engine software.
- Leverage knowledge of Algo trading, DMA/DSA environments, SWAP, Futures, and Options.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FIX technology and client onboarding.
- Proficiency in SQL queries and Linux terminal operations is essential.
- Experience in Broker/Dealer environments and Cameron FIX or similar software preferred.
- Knowledge of Cash Equity business, DMA/DSA environments, and Algo trading required.
- Familiarity with exchange rules and trade flow systems is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of OMS/EMS systems and FIX client onboarding processes.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a global team effectively.
